I am responsible for managing the Koenig Equipment brand, ensuring consistent visuals and messaging across all marketing efforts. By implementing branding guidelines, I enhance brand visibility and support efficient marketing operations. I lead the marketing team's efforts in brand strategy and graphic design, while overseeing content consistency across the company's social media platforms. Additionally, I create and maintain experiential and graphic design assets to support our 15 dealership locations.

I provided design direction and strategy for professional sports team projects, including venues and stadiums. In a collaborative process, I presented experiential designs and stories to project executives, including NFL team Presidents. My role also involved ensuring that products were delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, I supervised a team of designers throughout the entire design and production process, making critical technical decisions to achieve successful outcomes.

In my role, I provided creative direction for the company and served as a leader, fostering collaboration between the Creative, Account Management, and Production teams. I directed a team of designers on key projects, ensuring that client objectives were met, designs accurately reflected their brand, and that all work was executed within budget. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in evolving client presentations and RFP responses, striving to maintain consistency and elevate the standard of excellence across all deliverables.

As a Senior Designer, I was responsible for designing and branding athletic facilities both graphically and architecturally. My work included creating front-end graphics for interactive touchscreen applications and building dimensional wall displays and storytelling experiences using acrylic and other materials. During my time at the company, I was promoted to Senior Designer. I left the company in March 2017 (to Exhibit Concepts) and returned November 2017 .

As the Lead Graphic Designer on the Tradeshow/Corporate Creative team, I conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that effectively communicate brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
