It has been a great ride. I thank everyone at AFS (and its predecessors) for the opportunities the firm has provided me and the relationships I have and will continue to treasure. I have acted as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for 30 years and will continue to do so. I also am available to arbitrate cases, independently, if arbitration through the AAA is not agreed. I also am available to mediate cases; directly and through the AAA. Finally, I am happy to serve as a discovery or special master, where that would be helpful.Beyond that, spending more time traveling, golfing, exercising, reading, learning new things and, especially, hanging with friends and family seems like the way to go!
