Being the Fitness Director at Church on the Move entailed regulating ladies aerobics classes, P&L Reports, overseeing two separate facilities a women's gym and a men's gym; 9 part time staff personnel as well as 2 full time staff personnel. Keeping their hours and turning them into Human Resources. This job included meeting with members, going over their goals and making personalized training guides for each person. Along with coordinating with maintenance and house keeping to ensure a clean environment. Up keep with cardio equipment, free weights and machines are also part of the daily routine. Meeting as a staff once a week to cover all details, identify possible problems, and to cover all expenses.

Head Strength & Speed - Wrote and facilitated all weight training, speed development and nutritional needs for Football, Basketball (boys & girls) baseball, Softball, Golf, Cheerleading, Volleyball, Track, & Cross Country from 7th through 12th grade.Fitness Director for Church on the Move - assisted our church members with fitness needs and oversaw 3 fitness facilities along with managing ladies aerobics & group fitness classes.

I created Ozone Performance Training to help athletes from elementary to college develop sport specific game speed and strength to perform at higher levels during competition.Other Professions I wrote nationally for CoachesAid.com from 2009 - 2011 and Vype High School Magazine Oklahoma from 2011 - 2012 covering athlete development for multiple sports & nutrition

Personal Training and assessments at Aspen is a job where I got a wide variety of clientele and faced the challenge I love of helping people with different goals. Created Aspen XLR8 Program in 2006 for athlete development

Being the Main floor personnel and assistant manager I learned how to run a gym and what it takes to keep the machines working and the organization of employee hours on the floor as well as helping members with all their needs as far as questions, spotting or writing training programs.
