AGSA Architecture Graduate Student Association. The purpose of this student organization is to facilitate the development of a strong graduate student community within the School of Architecture at the College of Design. As President of the organization I help guide and define the goals, scope and aspirations of the organization.

My role sounds like this: Manages and conducts safety programs. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls safety activities. Analyzes mishap causes and trends, and assesses risk. Evaluates, inspects, and surveys areas and activities to eliminate mishap potentials. Conducts mishap investigations. Provides risk management consultation. Conducts safety education. Other things I do as well: -Advanced experience in military training and monitoring.-Executes a multitude of procedures, tasks and management.-Performing functions such as patient care and treatment of patients, operating and maintaining therapeutic equipment, and properly administering immunizing biologicals.-Performing supervising functions: care and treatment of patients,conducting sub professional portions of physical examinations; or assisting in medical treatment of patients.-Provide medical training to agencies and personnel other than medical.-Helps maintain entire personnel fitness program for base. Helped approximately a crew of 3 people build a rollcage and ramp for an ambulance.

Working with the IT director @ CAPRW helping the director accomplish tasks with in the the directors strategic plan. At the moment I'm helping them establish "best practices" basically defining the roles and responsibilities for their clients (helping them bridge IT language over to the language of their users) and helping them with change management.

-I recently (with out any previous experience) built a new tax site program and ran that new tax site. I managed 9 volunteers, serviced 64 participants with a total of 138 e-filled returns (sate & federal). All participants where by appointment only.-I oversee and manage the day-to-day activities at an tax site with the purpose of ensuring that each tax return prepared is accurate and complete. -Conveying tax knowledge, supervising and guiding volunteers.

- Oversee and managing key aspects of the event & general budgeting considerations- Provide selected important roles before and during the event, manage race volunteers, registration for the event, awards, recognition, and prizes for participants - Identify race route layout, obtain proper permits from city authorities to include route approvalplus identify the best option for USATF course certification- Promotion and marketing, creation of website & registration forms, initiate social media campaign and other important outreach plans - Identify and negotiate with select tee shirt vendors best pricing, selection, and services- Manage Identify portable toilet vendors, trash collection services & negotiate fair pricing, delivery, pickup- Ensure proper set up of event before & during such as: start/finish line, registration areas, water stop(s), and parking

-Must possess good communication skills, work efficiently with minimum supervision and have the ability to make decisions under stressful circumstances. -Completed documentation as required ensured all departure and arrival procedures were carried out to standards. -Followed General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR), Soo Line Railroad System Timetable/Special Instructions, General Orders and Bulletins as they pertain to the safe movement of trains, goods, and hazardous materials, ensuring the safety of CPR employees and the general public.

-Collects and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement.-Communicates and manages expectations for quality and accuracy of work, as well as key productivity metrics associated with service level achievements.-Develops personal performance plans with CAE's and provides on-going performance feedback and quarterly performance plan reviews.-Approves CAE's time, manages schedules and time off requests to meet the needs of the business, and motivates employees to achieve sales and compliance results.
