Specializing in routing and detailed environmental studies of linear infrastructure projects especially Extra High Voltage (EHV) Transmission Lines (>345-kV). As a Senior Environmental Scientist, I have successfully routed approximately 50 projects, totaling over 2,000 miles of transmission lines in 24 different states. Projects ranged in voltage from 34.5-kV to 765-kV, and in mileage from less than 10 miles to approximately 400 miles. I have prepared written testimony and testified before the New York Public Service Commission and the Kansas Corporation Commission. I have coordinated and participated in numerous public open house meetings; several with an attendance of more than 300 people.I also specialize in FAA obstruction evaluation for transmission lines and other tall structures. I have helped clients successfully navigate the FAA Obstruction Evaluation process (form 7460) process in multiple states. Projects have included petroleum refineries, transmission lines, substations, and power plants.I also serve as the Technical Service Leader for the Innovative Solutions Technical Service Area. In this capacity I facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions into our everyday business and to improve the delivery of our services to our clients.

As the Technical Service Leader for Innovative Solutions I over see the custom software development, data management and analytics, geospatial technology, digital delivery, and data integrations for our Environmental Services practice. Since the formation of the Innovative Solutions Technical Service Area (TSA) in June of 2022 we have developed and implemented two custom software solutions (Envovle - a stakeholder management system and RAPID -an automated infrastructure siting tool), a geospatial data governance program, numerous PowerBI and geospatial dashboards, and a multitude of automations.I am passionate about identifying pain points for staff and developing custom solutions and automations that alleviate those pain points. I believe that by reducing redundant work we can not only improve production amounts and quality but also improve morale of staff. Through our geospatial governance program we have standardized schemas to increase quality and introduced automations that have cut the time to deploy a project from kick-off meeting to field ready tablets from approximately 12 hours to 4 hours.
