•Traffic Tickets -Input all traffic citations and ordinance violations -Send documents to BMV to complete driving records -Take traffic citation and ordinance violations payments•Criminal Cases -Issue Court ordered warrants -Complete Court work pursuant to Court Orders -Take payments for Criminal cases and Diversion/Deferrals•Child Support -Take child support payments -Cut child support checks -Provide child support payees/payors with certified records of child support payments•Civil Cases -Complete Court work pursuant to Court orders -Issue Court ordered Body Attachments -File Court documents in appropriate places -Take payments on Court ordered Civil fines/costs•Tax Warrants -Electronically file tax warrants from the Indiana Department of Revenue -Manually and electronically satisfy/expunge tax warrants from the Indiana Department of Revenue•Marriage License -Assist County and Out-of-State residents in obtaining their marriage license -Provide copies of certified marriage licenses -Record marriages with the State of Indiana•Miscellaneous - System Administrator of CSI Case Management Software -Add, remove, and update user permissions and troubleshoot problems in the CSI Case Management Software -Back up bookkeeper -Close out end of business day, including running daily reports and depositing large sums of money at the bank -Floater -When someone was on vacation or sick, I would cover that persons job duties as well as keep up with my daily tasks
