On Assignment with FCA•Provide second level personal computer support. •Support all desktops/laptops for FCA engineering as well as corporate•Respond to help desk tickets created by the help desk•Troubleshoot personal computer software and hardware problems and implement a permanent solution to the problem •Install any nonstandard software that the customer may need •Place service request to a third party hardware technician to replace any hardware that may be nonfunctional•Assist in configuring printers to be setup for network printing•Maintain network printers•Active Directory administration•iPhone and Andoid support•Perform hardware replacements for older or non functioning equipment•Provide wireless network support•Troubleshoot PC network connectivity issues•DIA training and intermediate laptop training•Provide Citrix training classes for users at PROC
