Directed a 12-member operational planning group of NGA senior staff officers to develop plans in support of post-2015 Resolute Support Mission (RSM) requirements.

Primary Intelligence Staff Officer (S2) for a CONUS based M1A1 Tank Battalion assigned to the FORCE XXI equipped 4th Infantry Division (4ID) at Fort Hood:- Led the Battalion's combat intelligence effort, to include Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield, Reconnaissance and Surveillance, and Military Decision Making Processes- Served as the principal advisor to the Commander and subordinate units on the enemy's situation, their capabilities, and vulnerabilities - Mentored and trained one officer, two non-commissioned officers, and two enlisted intelligence analysts- Additional duties included: Battalion Security Manager, Crime Prevention Officer, Information Security Officer, and Classified Documents Custodian. - Developed doctrinally sound and innovative Professional Development sessions on Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield, Military Decision Making Process, Terrain Analysis, Decision Point Tactics, and Opposing Force tactics that directly contributed to the Battalion's readiness- Produced 32 open source intelligence weekly updates that were widely read and distributed amongst the Battalion's officers and beyond- Consistently met the toughest challenge for any intelligence officer: being able to provide the predictive analysis that materially affects outcomes on the battlefield. Analyses and staff estimates proved instrumental in the repeated success enjoyed by the Battalion during three months of force-on-force operations in multiple exercises ranging from company simulations to brigade level field maneuvers- Passed every inspection with eight of nine areas receiving a commendable rating during both a Brigade-level Command Inspection and a Division-level Physical Security Inspection--the only Battalion in the Brigade to do so - Took the lead in developing a 400+page Battalion Garrison Standard Operating Procedure

As Shift Officer-in-Charge of the All Source Intelligence Section, Analysis Control Element (ACE), G2, 1st Infantry Division (1ID), provided all-source intelligence analysis and production support to the 1ID command group, battle staff, and major subordinate commands:- Produced all-source intelligence products and briefings in support of the Commanding General (CG) and major subordinate commanders and maintained up-to-date knowledge and databases on1ID's area of responsibility and area of interest- Produced intelligence products, overlays, and templates in support of subordinate commands' Field Training Exercises and Combat Maneuver Training Center rotations- Coordinated and exchanged intelligence with higher, adjacent, and subordinate commands- Supervised the production of the CG's daily Read Book and was responsible for all 1ID ACE Battle Damage Assessments - Successfully tracked the enemy and provided commanders at all levels predictive assessments that contributed enormously to 1st Infantry Division's overwhelming successes during the Battle Command Training Program (BCTP) exercise- From scratch, developed a series of spreadsheets that accurately tracked and reported Battle Damage Assessments (BDA); this tool was instrumental in the accurate tracking and reporting of enemy strengths and was so accurate, the Corps G2 selected it as the V Corps standard- On short notice, became the Division's authority on the Kosovo Region during a time of heightened tension and preparation for deployment. Briefed the CG, every Brigade and Battalion Commander in the Division, and numerous subordinate units on the Kosovo situation; Major General Grange and the Commander of Task Force Able Sentry (in Macedonia) relied on weekly updates to make tactical decisions concerning the mission and safety of deployed soldiers.

As Chief of Ground Intelligence Section for the Combined Joint Intelligence Directorate supporting the Combined Joint Task Force, Operation NORTHERN WATCH:- Created and maintained the northern Iraq Ground Order of Battle database, and provided detailed ground analysis and tailored all-source operational intelligence to assess Iraqi intentions and to assist in directing tactical air reconnaissance - Prepared and presented analytic assessments to daily and weekly CJ2 briefings to the CJTF Commander and his primary staff- Revitalized the Ground Intelligence section by focusing analytical effort on key Iraqi Ground Force indicators; developed and executed a daily tracking system for tactical reconnaissance (TACRECCE) indicators based on thirty key Iraqi maneuver, artillery, and anti-aircraft artillery units- Redesigned the Ground Order of Battler database, refocusing analysis from 700+ individual targets to 300 active, historical, targeting, and proposed targets; this decreased TACRECCE target planning timelines by 50%- Organized 300 TACRECCE targets into 45 target packages, enabling ONW to increase the average number of targets collected per mission by 66 % (from 18.2 to 30.2 targets collected per mission)- Authored 42 products for the CG's daily read book- Spearheaded a quarterly review of ONW's Priority Intelligence Requirements, resulting in clear and concise definitions of operator driven mission requirements- Coauthored the May 1998 ISOLATED ENVOY exercise script and was the CJ2's point-of-contact throughout the preparation and execution phases of the exercise

As Chief of the Analysis and Control Team for a US Army Europe forward deployed Direct Support Military Intelligence Company, was directly responsible for the training and welfare of five Intelligence Analysts, and the integration and reporting of All-Source Intelligence during combat or in support of peace operations for a US Army Infantry Brigade:- Acted as a front line processing and dissemination coordination element between the Brigade Tactical Operations Center and the Division All-Source Coordination Element - Used tactical intelligence background to refocus the training program for the Battalion's 96B Intelligence Analysts, setting them up for success during both Operation Danger Storm and Operation Swift Victory Warfighter Exercises, where they were in direct support of the Division G2- During Danger Storm and Swift Victory, represented all three Direct Support Military Intelligence Companies in the Division maneuver cell for these Corps level exercises and educated all three maneuver Brigades and the Division Cavalry Squadron on the proper utilization of the Direct Support Intelligence Company asset- Demonstrated versatility by scripting the HUMINT scenarios for the successful (in-language) INTERROEX '97 held in Garmisch, Germany- Served as the Company Maintenance Officer responsible for the maintenance and operational readiness of 11 vehicles, 4 ground surveillance radars and all associated equipment worth in excess of one million dollars. Organization and high standards ensured a 94.5% operational readiness rate; the company never had a vehicle break down during any Company or Battalion Field Training Exercises, including a 200+ mile road march to Garmisch as part of INTERROEX '97- Additional duties included: arms room officer, supply officer, automation officer, calibration coordinator, and COMSEC officer.
