We are working in Bulk handling and Construction Projects in Power, Coal, Steel, Mining and Port handling sector. I have involved in Business Development, Strategic planning, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Procurement, Contracts of Turnkey projects etc. I took part in managing overall responsibility for resource allocation, planning of budgets and working as Profit Center Head for driving overall performance, growth and profitability of the company through competitive bidding process, tendering and procurement during project execution.

Project Marketing & Concept selling • Business development & Marketing for Infrastructure projects ( Port , Power, Bulk Material Handling, Process Plant etc) & Capital equipment ( Crusher, Screen, Vibrating Screen, Stacker-Reclaimer etc.)• Business Development and Marketing of Balance of Plant (BOP)• Identification of prospects and generation of enquiries• Developing contacts with customers and major consultants• Approval/ Prequalification from various customers/organizations (viz. NTPC, BHEL, Indian Ports Association, State Electricity Boards, Coal India etc.)• Establishment of Joint Venture / Collaboration agreement and tie-ups for Technology • Developing all systems and formats for Estimation and Preparation of Proposals• Proposal engineering, Estimation, Pricing and Strategic decision • Techno-Commercial negotiation with customers and order booking• Decentralization of jobs among subordinates, internal customer and sub vendor (s) / sub contractor (s) at pre order and post ordering stage.• Administration, Planning & Scheduling and thorough coordination for successful completion of project.

I had joined as a Marketing Engineer and gradually promoted to Asst. Manager (Marketing) in year 1998. I was looking after Marketing & Estimation work which was the basic interest of the company in the field of Bulk Material Handling and Package Handling system in the core sectors viz. Cement, Grain, Steel, Fertilizer, Power sectors and various Public & Private Organization. In the year of joining the turnover of MHD division was only 3.00 crores (INR) and by my aggressive marketing and estimation strategy the division was gradually grown up and achieved around 60.00 crores (INR) in year 2000.

In the year 1992 I had joined with this organization and gathered experiences in own hand with a nature of versatility in company’s workshop and as well as in the floor of different ancillary units. From 1992 to 1994 all of my engineering and managerial activities were specifically related to Manufacturing and Execution of differ Bulk Material Handling Capital Equipment viz. Belt Conveyor, Vibrating Screen , Crusher, Reciprocating plate feeder, Vibro feeder , Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor etc. In the year 1994 I had been appointed to take up the charges of their newly developed Project Dept. as an ASSISTANT ENGINEER to develop market as well as execution of material handling system /projects from concept to commissioning. I had taken that challenge independently which was a milestone of my career. I had used to report directly to the Managing Director of RIL.
