A lawyer by training, I design tools for facilitating research and innovation in India’s public policy ecosystem. Drawing upon frameworks of complex systems thinking, my work focuses on supporting governments as well as nonprofits develop relevant policy interventions.I have over 6 years of experience in engaging with the government, civil society, industry, and driving multi-agency public policy research initiatives in the areas of climate sustainability, local governance, and water security. Using participatory tools such as games, workshops, and simulations, I have helped implement policies that are collaborative, inclusive, and proactively compliant with the rule of law.Having previously worked at a nonprofit, a startup and a social impact enterprise, I have developed expertise in managing multi-year, international projects as well as working with interdisciplinary teams.
