Responsible for half of LCI's departments including Product Development, Capture Management, Contracting, Sales, and Customer Service.✦ Established a business onboarding process to streamline the addition of new products into LCI’s portfolio✦ Secured the single highest volume padlock procured by the Department of Defense creating 6 new jobs for people who are blind✦ Established a custom Medical Kitting Program for the Department of Defense that has generated employment for up to 25 people and $34 million in annual sales✦ Overhauled LCI’s strategic pricing structure allowing for compliance within the government market while increasing flexibility for wholesale and manufacturing sales✦ Oversaw the development of a robust GSA Schedules program✦ Created an innovative Capture and Wholesale Sales strategy allowing LCI to maintain its stronghold in the government supply business by winning GSA’s Pacific Command Contract with revenue projections of $16 million in revenue.

Developed and oversaw the execution of all product development efforts at LCI. ✦ Rebuilt a paper shredder product line that had been shut down to become a vibrant $4 million dollar a year business✦ Developed a line of padlocks for the federal government employing 12 people who are blind and generating $2.5 million dollars a year in revenue✦ Established an OEM manufacturing arrangement with Saunders, a leading US supplier of clipboards and storage clipboards sold into all major office supply retailers and Sam's Club
