Responsible for half of LCI's departments including Product Development, Capture Management, Contracting, Sales, and Customer Service.โฆ Established a business onboarding process to streamline the addition of new products into LCIโs portfolioโฆ Secured the single highest volume padlock procured by the Department of Defense creating 6 new jobs for people who are blindโฆ Established a custom Medical Kitting Program for the Department of Defense that has generated employment for up to 25 people and $34 million in annual salesโฆ Overhauled LCIโs strategic pricing structure allowing for compliance within the government market while increasing flexibility for wholesale and manufacturing salesโฆ Oversaw the development of a robust GSA Schedules programโฆ Created an innovative Capture and Wholesale Sales strategy allowing LCI to maintain its stronghold in the government supply business by winning GSAโs Pacific Command Contract with revenue projections of $16 million in revenue.
