Compiled research and data mining from over 300 Ohio Schools Facilities Commission (Now OFCC) K-12 projects with the aim of establishing a foundation for continued research into the nationally leading Ohio Green School's program. Primary focus of research was project cost comparisons between LEED and non-LEED facilities all over the state. The team developed an extensive spreadsheet to further divide the samples into subgroups (facility type, facility size, projects with similar scopes of work, size of community where the site was located, etc.), which could then be further analyzed for trends.Authored deliverables for submittal to USGBC's Center for Green Schools detailing research progress and results.
