Current• Responsible for increasing quality focus, simplifying, and standardizing the approach for meeting quality requirements in Cognite.• Quality awareness and continual improvement, quality enablement and being the resource for teams and departments that are working on improving workflows and processes.• Maintaining Governance Risk and Compliance Management System and alignment on Management System processes, reporting, and tooling.• Process mapping developed a Process database , Product lifecycle, change management and Business Continuity lifecycle have mapped to capture product ecosystem. This enabled EMT and the organization to understand customers’ requirements, enhance compliance management, measure the effectiveness of the strategy, and improve collaboration and efficiency between different departments.• Customer focus quality management and delivered sales support on RFPs to accelerate the sales process • Enablement for staff assigned to responsibilities/authority for various activities of the QMS and ISMS.• Manage Risks with Root cause analysis • Educate the organization on Quality Objectives (KPIs and SLOs )and the Management System approach for achieving them. • Collaborate Internal and External audit planning, execution & follow up.• Collaboration on Incident management • Setting up quality and internal controls . This achieved via GRC tool implementation and automated compliance management • Internal and External audit execution for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and certified company for next 3 years.
