I am a striving hospitality service professional holding a degree in Hotel Management in germany. For the past six months, I've been working as a Supervisor at the Rooftop Bar in Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor, one of the most modern and innovative hotels in Munich.In my current role, I oversee the organization, coordination, and quality assurance of the bar and events taking place on the rooftop terrace. I lead a small team of four service professionals whom I motivate, train, and support. Additionally, I serve as the point of contact for guests, engaging them with my friendly, professional, and multilingual demeanor. I have experience in planning and executing various events, such as weddings, corporate gatherings, conferences, and charity events, among others. I take pride in contributing to enhancing guest satisfaction, revenue, and the company's reputation through my work.My aim is to continue evolving and seeking new challenges and opportunities. I am always eager to learn and enhance my skills. I am flexible, creative, and thrive in a team environment.
