Honor Guard :- Conduct ceremonial duties at military funerals, including flag presentation, rifle salutes, and playing of Taps.- Maintain a high standard of dress and deportment to represent the armed forces with dignity.- Coordinate with funeral directors and families to ensure services are performed according to protocol.- Participate in rehearsals and remain proficient in ceremonial procedures.- Display empathy and respect to grieving families and friends.Admin : - Assist in scheduling and coordinating funeral services, including liaising with funeral homes, families, and military personnel.- Maintain accurate records of service requests, funeral details, and personnel assignments.- Prepare and distribute necessary paperwork and documentation for funeral ceremonies.- Coordinate logistics for the Honor Guard, such as transportation, equipment, and supplies.- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.- Assist in the recruitment and training of new Honor Guard members.- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.

- Maintain accurate records of all supplies and equipment, including weapons, ammunition, food, clothing, and other essential items. - Regularly update inventory databases to track stock levels and usage.- Conducted regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and collaborated with chain of command to replenish supplies as needed - Organize and oversee the efficient transportation and distribution of goods. Ensure that shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with applicable regulations.- Process purchase orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Monitor order fulfillment to meet production and project timelines.

- Interface with Buyers to plan and prioritize purchasing activities, transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.- Track orders and confirm lead times, and delivery dates, notify of any shortages, backlogs or potential interruptions to internal customers.- Evaluate processes and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies.- Creates receiving reports against invoices to initiate payment and consolidate usage/consumption - Maintain sales log, receipts and records, arrange meetings and calls - Negotiate with vendors to secure cost savings and sales revenue.

- Export and import clientele information using database and Excel to implement on marketing materials.- Follow up and communicate with banks and firms in a professional manner to obtain necessary documents for clients.
