- Conduct legal assessment of transaction, business activities of a real estate corporation based in HCMC;- Provide consultation and compose investment & corporation contracts for a real estate project in Ha Noi;- Support and provide clients with consultation on legitimate procedures to establish enterprises, branches, representative offices and adjustment on enterprise registration information for a number of enterprises located in HCMC;- Counseling on dispute resolution between individuals, organizations involved in contracts of commercial or family & marriage; - Provide consultation and compose legal documents arising within Clients’ business activities and management; - Assist in the tasks of accounting and human resources.
