Talent Acquistion:- Implement the recruitment plan and make sure all the vacancies are filledon time with high quality.- Conduct screen phone interview & involve directly in interview withrelevant heads of department, sending offer and implementing on-boardingprocess.- Build and maintain a network of candidates through social media channelsas Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...- Attend Job Fairs (VNU, NEU, FTU, AJC,...).- Train and guide team members on recruitment skills.- Provide recruitment reports by month.2.
