# Information & Employee Engagement (60%)- Report to: HR Manager - Information & Employee EngagementMain duties:- Prepare monthly HR metrics and activities to management team and to other Departments.- Communicate and coordinate Nhan Tai Holcim (NTH) implementation activities to organization. Target of NTH is to build a competitive advantage by putting greater emphasis on talent than its cement competitors, retaining all performing employees within Holcim Group and consistently having the best people in value creating positions doing the right things.
