I joined ITR VN - A Tech Hub in MedTech and Digital Health in June. Here, I dedicated almost my entire time to recruitment tasks.1. Recruitment (85-90% effort):I was in charge of recruiting positions that aligned with my expertise, particularly in software. In addition, I received training in firmware and hardware knowledge. I successfully recruited personnel for these positions afterward and established a fairly strong network.In addition to hiring full-time employees, I also efficiently recruited interns for Backend, BA, AI, and Firmware positions with both speed and quality.2. Branding Activities (10-15% effort):- I took on the role of coordinating events such as seminars, talk shows, job fairs, and office tours. Serving as both an organizer and speaker, these events helped me develop presentation and event management skills.- I represented the company at scholarship award ceremonies at universities and participated in events that connected academia with industry.For me, no matter what you do, always strive to do it to the best of your ability! <3

I received an offer to join BAP's HR team on my birthday. For me, nearly 2years of working at BAP has been like a gift. I am fortunate to meet great colleagues and especially an excellent leader.At BAP, I have been challenged and multitasked across various roles, including:- Recruitment (80% effort): I have been responsible for recruiting both IT and Non-IT positions such as FrontEnd, Backend, QC, BA, Unity dev, BrSE (Vietnam-Japan), blockchain dev, IT Comtor, Sales IT, Internship, marketing, designer, game designer, and more. Due to the diversity of positions and levels, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and built a strong network during this phase.- HR-Admin (10-15% effort): I have been handling administrative tasks for the office and working with the building management team to ensure smooth office operations.- Internal Activities (5-10% effort): I have been in charge of organizing internal events for the HCM office. Through these events, I have learned how to plan, execute, and report meticulously. This was very helpful to me during my working time at ITR.
