I worked at Yıldız Holding as a central packaging R&D Specialist for 3 and a half yearand built substantial expertise, experience and network in flexible plastic films, foils, rawmaterials and as well as rigid, cardboard materials business area during my career.I was responsible for packaging material analysis, development projects of adhesives, inks, packaging chemicals and polymers for flexible side and also design projects in rigid and cardboard packaging in domestic companies of Yıldız Holding.My other mission was that I was a member of the global packaging R & D team(United Biscuits, Godiva, Demet's) in a harmonisation & alignment project at flexible packaging.Business scope was as follows:• Desingning and implemantation of innovative and genuine packagings, integration of them into current frameworks• Cost-profit analysis of packaging R & D projects• Coordination with operational systems from the birth of a new product idea until implementation of it (Project Management)• The integration of regulations into R&D projects, which are relevant food-contact materials• Team-working and cooperation with universities and science institutions in packaging R&D Projects• Supplier Research, Purchase Query/Request,• Coordination and Follow-Up of Procurement – Supplier – Production – Product - Customer cycle• Composing and Writing R&D Project contents within the scope of earning financial support of TEYDEB
