As a Channel Management and Optimization Intern at Garanti BBVA, I support the bank's digital transformation and customer experience strategies by conducting data analysis, market research, and optimization projects. I am also a Supervisor at Sabanci University Civic Involvement Projects, where I lead and mentor a team of volunteers in various social responsibility initiatives. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management at Sabanci University, one of the top-ranked universities in Turkey, and I expect to graduate in 2024. I have developed strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills through my academic and professional experiences, and I am eager to apply them in the field of banking and finance. I am passionate about creating positive social impact and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovation and collaboration.
