• To coordinate overall program of NFI, Education, Health and Protection Projects in Emergencies and Refugee context ( develop local and cross-border Projects with IRC, UMCOR, HELP, Expertise France, Theirworld, World Vision ) • To follow and report financial compliance of project budget in accordance with donor requirements • To monitor and supervise project teams by establishing M&E schemes and team building. • Capable of reporting of EU/ ECHO, USAID- OFDA and DFID funding and reporting rules• Focal Point for international NGOs, UN agencies and donors for reporting and project development• To conduct needs assessment, develop partnerships and projects with local authorities and international organizations • Volume of Projects coordinated under mentioned funding organizationsUMCOR NFI Distribution Projects: 250 000 USD in total (national and cross-border) International Rescue Committee (IRC) NFI and Medical Training Projects: 2 500 000 USD in total (cross-border) Theirworld Turkish Language Courses for Syrian Youth and Children: 400 000 USD in total (local-İstanbul) Expertise France Youth Development Center and Child Caravan: 2 145 000 EURO (Local-İstanbul)World Vision -INFOHUBs/ ECHO protection 1 140 000 USB ( Local- İstanbul) GIZ- LIFT - INFOHUBs / ECHO& BMZ protection 600 000 Euro ( Local- Bursa,Konya, Şanlıurfa)

• To develop, monitor and report volunteer recruitment strategies at the headquarters and in 86 local units, 35 cities in the country • To develop national and international partnerships such as cooperation with United Nations Volunteers (UNV) corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects of private sector companies, European Voluntary Service ( EVS), AIESEC volunteers and Community Service Courses in Education departments universities. • To represent the foundation in coordination and launch meetings/ panels and develop volunteering opportunities • To contribute to child education strategies of foundation and orientate volunteers for child protection and education activities

•To assist in daily work of Operations Unit under the guidance of the Human Resources Associate, the Resource Management Associate and the Administrative Associate•To follow the day-to-day administration of the Country Office internship policy and human resources policy•To assist in the General Administration •To follow project launch meetings and project staff’s contract duration period

•To assist in the revision of previous survey on credit card using and indebtedness perception in Turkey as the pollster and analyzer •To conduct interviews through interview guides and questionnaires•To analyze and to report the results of the inquiries

•To assist in the daily agenda setting, in news gathering and writing•To conduct archive research / data collation •Translation from French and English press agencies
