• Maintain the project master plan.• Solicit schedule and task input for the project master plan from all functional work streams, taking into consideration that detailed functional activities are owned and executed by the individual functional work streams. The Project Integration Planner needs to be close enough to functional details to understand and map out critical dependencies.• Clearly identify critical interfaces and dependencies in the project master plan and keep the Head of Project Integration and other relevant stakeholders informed about upcoming milestone deadlines.• Pro-actively monitor project execution progress using appropriate software tools, and propose solutions to issues towards the project master plan.• Outline high level scenario planning to understand options available to APMT Izmir management team.• Regularly meet with functional work streams to ensure that the detailed functional activities are aligned with the project master plan.• Deploy project planning best practises soliciting input from other entities within APM Terminals worldwide.• Assist the Head of Project Integration with:o Enabling each functional work stream to understand it’s place and importance in relation to the overall project.o Create interaction and alignment amongst the functional work streams and wider corporate stakeholder community.o Setting tactical direction for functional work stream leaders.o Active risk identification, monitoring and mitigation.o Delivering and maintaining mandatory project documents, deliverables, reporting and sign offs.

 Inspects equipment in order to repair or set up preventative maintenance program Schedules and coordinates facility, equipment, and utility shutdowns. Formulates weekly schedule of estimated jobs and assigns to appropriate shops; coordinates with material control on material status Schedules maintenance requests for various shops based on manpower Purchase all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work Reviews and enters work orders into a computer (SAP) in order to automate the scheduling process Reports status of all shutdowns and preventative maintenance to superintendent Coordinates daily scheduling meeting Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance department performance and planning and scheduling business flow process Maintains equipment information and repair files.

 After checking the documents the date of receipt is logged in the Project Control system register  Establish and maintain the Project filing system for all drawings and technical documents. Responsible for ensuring that the Engineering, Procurement, Warehousing and Contract documentation held on site is current and retrievable and the most current information is being used by all parties..

Developing and initiating information systems to provide and supply logistics support Determining logistic support sequences and time phasing Analyzing contractual commitments, customer specifications and the data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through the life cycle of product distribution Maintaining transactional files and preparing trade documents Responsible for A/R Billing Recording and verifying purchase orders and purchase order placements Preparing and submitting monthly business reports Coordinating shipping arrangements and shipment planning based on customer forecasts and manufacturer/supplier output schedule Overseeing import, export, shipping activities, and functions with US Custom i.e.: shipment custom clearance, shipment status updates.
