As the founder and creative director of Tipsy & Artsy, I set out to create a unique event concept that combines creativity, social connection, and relaxation in a fun and inspiring atmosphere. My goal was to build an experience where people of all backgrounds—whether seasoned artists or complete beginners—could come together, enjoy a drink, and explore their creative side.I'm passionate about creating memorable experiences that foster creativity and connection, and I’m excited to keep growing Tipsy & Artsy as a platform where people can unwind, create, and make lasting memories.

- Organized and facilitated extracurricular school programs and creative workshops with elementary schools, focusing on building self-confidence and educating on feminism and gender equality.- Launched and managed the artistic project "Women* all over the World," sharing insights on women and queer artists globally to celebrate and promote cultural diversity.- Provided guidance and mentoring to girls* in programs designed to support their comprehensive personal growth and development.

In a temporary facility for refugees with a capacity of 150; - Individual counselling and support for refugees in various aspects of life, particularly regarding residency issues, (psycho-)social and financial matters, as well as educational concerns.- Correspondence with authorities and other relevant institutions to assist our clients with application processes.- Support during the process of social integration, working within the framework of the empowerment approach.
