FLO - Sport in Street - Lumberjack - Reebok - Nine West - Polaris• Based on the expansion strategy, responsible of development & expansion for FLO, In Street, Lumberjack, Reebok and Nine West brands • Managing the process site search, all financial and technical negotiations with Landlords, Board approvals up to store openings• Working close with the Board, Management and other departments (such as Construction, Legal, Operation etc)• Managing and optimizing the whole store portfolio through closure deals, relocations and rent reduction negotiations• Maintaining close relations with Landlords, Developers, Leasing Companies and other related sector players.

Coordinating the Retail team in Turkey and being responsible for international retail and leisure occupier entry, exit, location strategies, store evaluations, portfolio analysis in Turkey. Working close with both international and local retailers, offering comprehensive advice on all aspects of retail property. I was also responsible for shopping centre leasing and concept design. Clients: Tommy Hillfiger, Calvin Klein, Swatch Group, Skechers, Estee Lauder, Loreal, Under Armour, Darty, Krispy Kream, Zadig & Voltaire, Foot Locker etc.

Planning the whole expansion strategy of C&A Turkey together with the top management in TR and Germany, finding new locations, making all the deals and negotiations with the consulting companies and Landlords, preparing the investment appraisals, presenting the locations to the Board and getting the approvals for opening new stores. Managing the whole portfolio, meaning all the stores in TR, solving any kind of problems that they face. Optimizing the portfolio, closure deals, if any necessary ect.

Deciding the whole retail and expansion plans of the company with the top management, finding the best and suitable locations for the brand, making contacts and meetings with the shopping center consultants and real estate agencies, doing all the negotiations with the landlords, making feasibility reports for the locations and presenting the shop opening files to the top management, working close with the lawyers in order to get the best deal on the lease agreement, after signing the lease agreement working together with the construction department, providing all the information that they need.

Based on the expansion strategy of our company, finding the prime locations for GOLDAS and its other brands in Turkey and the other countries (Romania, Czech Rep., Russia, Germany), Making the statistical data, feasibility reports of the location (P&L reports as well), Dealing with the consulting companies and real estate agencies, Contacting the existing shopping center’s managers, real estate agencies and the owners of the shops, dealing with the whole negotiations with them, After the negotiations, presenting the location to the Board of the company and getting the approvals, After completing all the approvals for the location, dealing with the lease agreements and working together with the construction department, Searching for new markets to expand in the other countries, going there and getting to know the market.
