– Responsible for overseeing and creating strategic plans for talent sourcing and development (for internal member companies and client projects)– Responsible for overseeing and creating strategic plans for employer branding (for internal member companies)– Responsible for managing and operating the company's ATS & other HRIS systems. Receive requests and develop features according to the needs of the Company & Clients and the future– Responsible for managing the candidate database. Extract data and visualize data according to Company & Clients reporting requirements (Recruitment & Talent Sourcing & Ops)

– Plan & executive content strategy that shares working life /culture at the company via video, photos, blog posts, etc through social media, online channels, offline channels– Plan and support engagement activities and events to enhance employee engagement– Manage external and internal communications channels (Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Zalo Official, Instagram, Website, Google Business, Facebook ads, email, banners, etc.)– Work with HR team to develop marketing survey and ideas for External/Internal integrated campaigns including new hiring launching, recruitment workshop campaign,…– Connect and engage with key targeted Universities/Colleges to build up the pool of students and fresh graduates– Effectively utilize the various channels to promote the employer brand, including Facebook, Linkedin, and social media– Interview in person and call interviews with candidates for internship, marketing, and management trainee positions in F&B positions

– Content management on Fanpage Facebook, Website and Internal website of HungHau Holdings;– Write SEO content for HappyFood and Happy noodles Brands;– In charge of internal communication of HungHau Holdings– Support communication projects, events that the Brand&Communication department undertakes;– Write news, take photos of event and activities with the participation of member companies of HungHau Holdings;– Support communication campaigns.
