• In charge of recruiting 2 departments: Mass (Sales, Collection) and Non-mass (IT and non-IT)• Carry out recruitment according to plans or recruitment requests from Dept/ Center/ Division.• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and hiring needs.• Be responsible for the full circle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, making offers, and OB.• Source, and engage with candidates through various channels, including direct searches, job postings, social media, web sourcing, and employee referrals...• Prepare documents for new employees.• Participate in building recruitment branding and candidate sourcing programs through participating in job fairs at Colleges and Universities.• Other assignments as assigned.

• Participate in supporting the actual work of the Recruitment Department at the office.• Support checking, and entering candidate information into the system.• Support the recruitment procedures for new employees.• Post jobs, search for candidates, contact, and schedule interviews.• Design recruitment posters and support employer brand development activities.• Other assignments as assigned.
