Project: Kingisep II - Ammonia and Urea Melt, Kingisepp, RussiaResponsibilities:-Successfully retrieved IDF and PCF files from the server, essential for spooling activities.-Established and maintained a comprehensive material and weld database, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability.-Efficiently managed the archive of spooled and project isometrics, facilitating easy access and organization of project documentation.-Prepared and distributed timely reports on the status of spooled isometrics, providing valuable insights to the project team.-Utilized pivot tables and graphics to visually represent the current state of welds, enabling effective analysis and decision-making.-Demonstrated the current project status within the 3D model using Navisworks Manage, enhancing project visualization and coordination.It was a rewarding experience to contribute to the Kingisep II - Ammonia and Urea Melt project in Kingisepp, Russia, taking on these responsibilities. The ability to retrieve crucial files, establish a robust database, and maintain documentation accuracy greatly supported the success of spooling activities. The preparation and distribution of reports, along with the visual representation of welds, aided in monitoring progress and making informed decisions. Project: Petroleum Residue Processing Complex, Nizhny Novgorod, RussiaResponsibilities:-Ensured the production and accuracy of spooling drawings using the Smartplant software package.-Created technical requests (TQ) to address project requirements and changes.-Monitored the execution of spooling works based on actual progress.-Communicated effectively with subcontractors regarding pipeline prefabrication, analyzing welding difficulties, and finding effective solutions.-Conducted pressure testing and final inspection of pipelines.As a Spooling Engineer on the Petroleum Residue Processing Complex project, I played a crucial role in the successful execution of pipeline construction. I utilized the Smartplant software package to produce accurate spooling drawings, ensuring the seamless fabrication and installation of pipelines. Additionally, I actively collaborated with subcontractors, addressing welding challenges and implementing solutions to ensure high-quality construction. Through meticulous monitoring and pressure testing, I ensured the functionality and compliance of the pipelines with project specifications.I am proud to have been part of such an important project, and I look forward to applying my expertise and contributing to future endeavors in the industry.
