Formerly a consultant in computer science and more particularly in the fields of security and information systems, I evolved towards the field of real estate engineering thanks to timely professional meetings. I have carried out several real estate development operations as a project manager or project manager assistant (construction/sale, subdivision, secondment ...). I have only been involved in the study part of other projects: feasibility, pre-production (Pre-Project Summary file, financial study, optimisation of the master plan, marketing file, building construction authorization). This allowed me to gain a solid experience in this field but also to meet other consultants with whom I could collaborate on other projects: sales force, business development, fund raising, etc... I am therefore involved in specific areas, either directly or via a network of partner consultants with whom I have been working for several years. I can therefore offer you my/our intervention in three main areas of activity. First of all, Real Estate Development: Real Estate Engineering, Valuation of your assets (land, house, building, offices), Assistance and follow-up of your real estate project. Then, the Sales Force: Outsourcing of your sales force, On Line Communication, Development of partnerships. Finally, the Business Consulting: Fundraising: avoiding mistakes, Assistance in drafting the development plan.I have the honor of being the CEO of a group of consultants who are experts in specific fields on an international level.
