Project Management:Managing multidisciplinary projects (Conceptual, FEED and detail design) for clients in Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages and Chemical Industry in terms of:- Managing the project budget and providing forecasts.- Identify and manage risks to the schedule of the project.- Ensure delivery of the project with respect to scope, cost and schedule.- Managing project changes.- Coordination of the engineering team through leadership and motivation.

• Conduct process design on conceptual, front end and detailed level, both mono- and multidisciplinary: - Development of PFD's and P&ID's. - Heat and Mass Balances. - Relief and flare design. - Pressure drop calculations in pipes and systems. - Calculate and specify process equipment. - Safety hazards and operability analyses.• Managing a team of process engineers in multi-disciplinary projects (Conceptual, FEED and EPCm) for various clients in the Chemical, Food & Beverage and Oil & Gas industry.• Coaching of junior engineers.
