Current· Solely created and implemented a comprehensive Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP), including: · Develop specific checklists and procedures for managers to identify and evaluate potential hazards. · Designing and delivering training sessions for all staff to ensure awareness and preparedness. · Establishing an anonymous reporting system to encourage employees to report concerns or incidents without fear of retaliation.· Assist in managing restaurant operations, optimizing efficiency and reducing labor and food expenses costs.· Provide support to employees, emphasizing attention to detail and fostering a culture of service excellence.· Collaborate with management to avoid overtime and implement strategies for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.· Cultivate a fun and energetic atmosphere for staff, fostering teamwork, morale, and a positive work environment
