Responsible for the Business Operations team that works directly with the business areas in the Executive Education Department at INCAE. I drive the change and system improvements and translate them to technical requirements to be implemented in our systems. And also provide the Sales and Marketing areas with insights about their performance and key metrics.As part of my management role I have built a highly skilled team of business analysts and developers that are in charge of every system improvement for the business areas. I transferred successfully the specialized trainings I received by creating and leading internal classes to help the team get certified by Salesforce.One of the biggest challenges was to assume the control and direction of the call center unit while we were evaluating how to improve it and lead the transformation process.

In this position I was responsible of giving support to the Executive Education department in providing useful information and control for the selling and marketing processes. A key part of the role was to give support to the department in the different systems specially the CRM and the integration with the ERP.I was also part of the team in charge of the implementation of Salesforce as the new CRM with marketo for marketing activities and Inside Sales for the call center. As part of this project I worked close with tree groups of consultants based in the United States for the release and initial implementation of the systems.As part of the role in this implementation I have received training for administrator in: Salesforce.com Marketo InsideSales.com

In this position I was responsible of designing and developing BI initiatives for the Process Quality Department. Key responsibilities in this role were: Design and develop a system that could meet the organization needs but adapted to the organization infrastructure and processes.Communicate with engineers and management of different areas to collect requirements and understand the business needs. Design the system architecture to integrate different sources of information into one functional solution.Deliver solutions with jaspersoft, power pivot, share point, and others.

In this position I was part of the team responsible of creating educational games for the learning platform of the university.Part of my role was also to install, maintain and configure the servers for the e-learning platform .lrn .
