During my tenure as Chief Manager, Retail Banking Department, Head Office, I have been entrusted to deal with policy modifications and new products implementation on Bank level. Part of my duties include study of overall market, analysis of competitor offerings vis-a-vis our organisation's offerings, understanding changing requirements of markets, responding to changing requirements with necessary policy changes. During my tenure, I have played a critical role in implementation of Loan Processing Package for all the retail loan products in the Bank, which required me of understanding both technical side of implementation and the managing the same with Bank's requirements. In addition, I have played an instrumental role in implementing several new initiatives in the Bank, including but not limited to, co-lending with an NBFC, corporate tie-up with SBI Cards, Onboarding several Credit Information Companies for their various services etc.
