Drove the growth and investment of a dedicated dataviz platform design team. Worked with research partners to set UX measurement benchmarks for key products, to be able to consistently measure UX.

We dug really deep with users for this one - taking an often talked about but seldom understood concept and developing an easy to use solution for marketers everywhere to measure impact. The revenue attribution tool went on to become the centerpiece of our Marketing Hub Enterprise relaunch.

    Led the redesign of HubSpot's custom report builder. The new experience enabled more customers to better access powerful reporting across their data sets with new cross object reporting functionality. This resulted in a ~10% improvement in save success rate, and the elimination of deals lost due to cross object reporting. Developed loading & performance patterns and guidelines for the design system. This work impacted all of HubSpots products and is helping make HubSpot fast for our customers. Improved experiences across a variety of HubSpot's sales tools: including Inbox Connection, Products & Quotes, Activity Feed, Gmail & Outlook extensions.

During Constant Contact's acquisition, the new email editor was a major asset in strategic alignment and deal valuation.Led design for an adtech tool called AdLauncher, which helps small businesses easily advertise on Facebook through Constant Contact. The tool helped our company gain early Marketing Partner status with Facebook.
