Responsible for the preparation of the project plan, including stormwater plan for the urban area of Viana do Castelo and preparation of the Municipal Director Plan of water, wastewater and stormwater; development of the analytic control plan of the industrial wastewater in the municipality; support and control of the outsourcing enterprise who operates the wastewater treatment plant of Viana do Castelo.
