Responsible for the program and project management and timely delivery of products and services to customers. Partners with the sales teams and GP&S to ensure clear and required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan. Acts as focal point for customer support issues and for internal technology issues which need to be addressed to the market.

Provide banks with technical advice and guidance to ensure successful adoption and ongoing usage of EMV.Development of dual EMV profiles for IC Cards according to Visa and Mastercard specifications and taking into account customer business and technical requirements.Management of the certification project of the EMV profiles.Collaborate closely with colleagues across other areas in the company by giving support and sharing knowledge about EMV.
