I am a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail. I am looking for an opportunity to prove my worth and advance my career as far as possible. I consider myself to be an effective team player with excellent leadership skills and an analytical approach to the solving of problems. In past jobs I have been quickly promoted into positions of leadership. Due to the nature of my past workplaces, I have become excellent at crisis management and I am able to take the lead in a difficult situation. I have excellent team building skills, and this has allowed me to build trust and relationships with staff and coworkers. I have an ability to look at processes from different views that others tend to overlook. I have training in lean problem solving and this has allowed me to help every company that I have been part of to cut costs and find more proficient processes. I am currently working on an Epic certification in Cogito that I will finish at the end of the year. I am also returning to college to finish my degree.
