Designing and leading strategic initiatives and innovation to drive growth and digital transformation are some of my greatest strengths as an executive leader. With decades of experience, my background includes expertise across B2B and B2C software subscription, product management, systems design, and user experience. Presently, I serve as the Chief Information Officer for Pegasystems, Inc., a multi-billion-dollar a global provider of customer relationship management, robotic process automation, and business process management software. Since joining Pegasystems, I am responsible for the company’s global IT vision, strategy, and roadmap. Under my tenure, I have supported Pega’s continuous growth, development, and change. Most notably, I led a digital transformation project to create an entirely new digital experience across the company’s corporate site, community, academy, and internal portal which transformed the digital buying experience and paved the way for exponential growth.Leading change and continuous process improvement has been a consistent narrative across my career. In addition to shifting Pegasystems to a cloud-first business model, I have modernized legacy systems and transitioned business systems. Most recently, I migrated the SAP and enterprise data warehouse to Google Cloud Platform in 13 weeks, efforts which were recognized on multiple occasions by Google as a model success story.Along with driving strategy, execution, and transformation, I am highly skilled in leading global teams. At Pegasystems, I have led business expansion through development of an offshore team and additionally manage an organization with 280 IT employees. As a leader, I’m highly focused on developing, upskilling, and empowering my team to achieve personal and professional success.
