  Tasks:• Analyzing and determining the technological needs of a project starting from scratch.• Choosing the appropriate equipment to meet these needs, including robots, grasping systems, actuators, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and security elements.• Validating the selection of equipment using simulation tools (MotoSim, Robostudio, SolidWorks, KukaSim).• Validating the process results through prototypes (POC).• Writing code for programmable equipment.• Performing commissioning at customers' factories both in France and internationally.Some projects:- Programming and commissioning of an automatic glazing production line in Thailand using 12 ABB robots, different actuators and vision systems for item recognition.- Polishing of complex shapes using semi-automatic generated trajectories, combining Robotmaster and Kuka robots.- Development of a POC (proof of concept) machine to validate marking and decorating of spark plugs for the automotive industry, involving an Epson robot as the main controller and actuator on the system.
