I am a former managing partner at Damti's Farm, a startup that produces high-value vegetables using a self-built indoor hydroponic system. I was involved in the documentation of the research processes and results, the quality tests, and the overall design of the brand and products. I helped the team achieve a successful launch and a sustainable operation of the hydroponic system, which increased the yield and quality of the vegetables, and reduced the water and energy consumption.Before joining Damti's Farm, I worked as a sales representative at Partner Israel, a leading telecommunications company, and as a salesman at Portugalis Group, a company that provides eligibility tests and document processing for Portuguese passports. I applied my excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer them the best solutions. I also used my sales planning and coaching skills to train and mentor new sales staff, and to achieve and exceed my sales targets. I handled both retail and B2B sales, negotiating and filing contracts with various organizations and institutions. I am fluent in Hebrew and English, and have a keen interest in learning new languages and cultures.
