As an Implementation Associate at Calibrate, the main responsibilities included managing the operational dependencies of implementing Calibrate services for enterprise clients. This included project managing internal stakeholders across our pharmacy, engineering, support, clinical and marketing teams, as well as our external stakeholders across health care consultants, health plans and pharmacy benefit management teams.

As a Personal Trainer with EXOS at Google, my role includes working with Google employees in either a 1:1 or small group capacity to help achieve their health and wellness goals. Additional responsibilites include working with our personal training team to expand our knowledge and ability to perform.

As a performance specialist, my responsibilities included instructing, motivating and assisting Google employees in a safe and engaging manner to achieve their goals. I am also responsible for conducting on-site assessments of clients' health and consulting on healthy lifestyle choices. My intent with this position is to act as a toolbox of guidance to individuals looking to reach their highest potential.

As a strength and conditioning coach for the STAR program, my main responsibilities include assisting in program development and coaching the San Gabriel Elite Volleyball club. My role includes teaching movement patterns for strength and injury prevention to youth volleyball athletes ranging from 12 - 18 years old.

As an Intern for STAR, I have assisted in many components of building the program. Initially I entered the internship as a skills acquisition/motor learning intern during STAR's first year of existence. My responsibilities included conducting preseason and post season movement assessments for high school and college athletes and producing the verbal instruction for movement demonstrations. Upon entering graduate school, I took a managerial intern role. My various responsibilities include accounting for the STAR budget, producing invoices for clients, and scheduling and managing fellow interns for movement screens with athletic teams. This internship has provided me professional hands-on experience working with collegiate and Olympic athletes in a one-on-one environment.

As a graduate assistant, I was responsible for assisting Faculty and T.A. in instructing Kin 312 lectures and labs. I am also responsible for conducting research related to motor learning and exercise science. Examples of studies include the performance critical factors for Olympic high jump athletes and also the effects of different perceptual streams on performing the standing long jump.

As an administrative specialist for the Employee Benefits department I was responsible for assisting HR specialists in answering questions that employees have about their benefits. I am also responsible for maintaining the On-Base document retrieval system for all documents related to benefits and retirement.

As an intern, I was responsible for assisting performance coaches in the demonstration and coaching of movements and classes. I worked with Google employees to coach them through proper exercise technique to ensure an engaging and safe atmosphere. Also, I was responsible for studying the EXOS systems methodologies of training and obtained my Performance Specialist Certification (XPS) through EXOS.
