The UAE, led by the Government in Abu Dhabi published a requirement to establish a volunteer service across policing/ medical and fire emergency services to augment the work of the retain services. This was originally to be set up in Abu Dhabi and evaluated prior to being rolled out across the UAE. I was engaged to build the volunteer police service componant within the pre qualifier stage. During the course of the PQQ stage, I was asked to lead the project should the contractor be successful in the bid. Unfortunately, the project was not continued by the UAE.

I was able to use my experience as a qualified police firearms instructor and operational firearms officer to tutor and guide her to success.

Contracted by Capita Business Process Outsourcing and Capita Consulting as a member of the core team overseeing the design of the new policing service delivery model in response to an invitation to tender by a UK police force. I co edited the PQQ submission which successfully took the consortium through to the competitive dialogue round. I Provided subject matter expertise in the context of policing strategy and operations and formed a key member of the dialogue team.
