Responsible for overseeing CSM business development and pitch management in Russia for the upcoming global sporting events (Formula 1 Russian GP, 2016 IIHF Worlds, 2018 FIFA World Cup, EURO 2016). Responsible for managing all operational support and onsite account management for CSM clients in Sochi (Megafon, McDonald's, NBCUniversal, Carlsberg Group, British Olympic Association). Projects planning & management, onsite activation, budget management and delivery execution of Olympic Hospitality Programmes on behalf of Olympic partners. Client, supplier and stakeholder relationship management, leadership of large scale and complex operational delivery teams.

Managed all aspects of operations and maintaining a total multi-million P&L responsibility for Kontinental Hockey League (#2 ice hockey league in the world) merchandise & ticketing business.Launched the Official KHL ticketing portal that became one of the largest online sales points in Russia with an annual revenue of $ 2.5 mil.Launched the KHL Official Online Store. It became the most popular official sports merchandise e-commerce venue in Russia and CIS within three months. Launched the KHL retail stores project in 2011 with two retail stores in Riga, Latvia.

Managed sports marketing of adidas and Reebok brands in Russia and Ukraine. Highly involved with the successful singing of several contracts with key sports assets to include a $100 mil. 10-year deal with Russian Football Union; 5-year deal with CSKA Moscow. Achieved the highest share of adidas-equipped players at EURO 2008 among all EU markets.

Successfully launched Rockport footwear brand in Russia and Ukraine, opened 12 stores in three months. Responsibilities included creation and implementation of brand strategy and media planning, overall project management.Provided marketing support to 400+ own retail stores owned by adidas and Reebok.
