My expertise in project management software helps me effectively document daily activities and manage material quantities, while my fieldwork experience provides valuable insights into real-world applications of engineering principles.Previously, as a Transportation Design Intern with the City of Bellevue, I honed my skills in creating plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) that meet stringent WSDOT standards. My proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D allowed me to design accessible infrastructure, including ADA curb ramps and sidewalks, contributing to safer and more inclusive communities.I also bring a strong background in customer service from my time at Dicks Sporting Goods, where I led a team to enhance guest experiences and improve service strategies.
