Oversaw employment of 37 military, contractor and civilian personnel (including 6 PhDs) as they developed, launched and sustained 13 educational offerings: two faculty development courses centered on Instruction System Design, and 11 military education courses focused on leadership, oral and written communications, critical thinking, problem solving and the profession of arms. Four of these were resident courses and nine were distance learning ranging from a self-paced, professional development program to facilitated, online, masters-level courses forming a core area for a degree-granting program.- Completely reinvented two, foundational military-education courses serving over 6,000 resident students annually; courses lauded by students, faculty and senior leaders - Incorporated continuous-process-improvement tools and techniques into College’s curriculum-development processes praised as “best on Academic Circle”- Oversaw execution of $1.3M budget with four academic support contracts
