Learning administration spans across the organization, as well as with affiliated entities and partnerships. Cornerstone System Administration- Oversee and maintain optimal function of LMS which includes customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to system, courses, and modules. - Interface with course designers and facilitators to understand specific needs, while setting up and maintaining standards for course monitoring, reporting and resources aligned with effective learning methodologies. - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, best practices, and resources to support LMS users. - Sets up and manages user licenses, roles, permissions, and profiles for varied levels of access in LMS. - Maintain system and partners with vendor in upgrades and improvements serves as lead liaison with LMS vendor and external learning vendors - Partner with HRIS administrator and Information Systems (IS) for alignment in systems. - Leads the LMS intake process and audit process to ensure LMS standards, course design, and annual requirements are accurate and efficient. - Create, execute, and improve process of LMS workflow to support effective learning and course deployment. - Create repeatable standard reporting for accountability of required courses and customized reports to meet key learning strategic initiatives. - Monitor learning coordinator’s day-to-day responsibilities for accuracy and maximized internal customer outcomes and advises on improvements; supports as needed. - Advise and partner with learning coordinator and department training coordinators/facilitators to implement best practices and assure compliance for regulatory courses. Development and Facilitation- Advance skills in LMS users; facilitates sessions to share updates and best practices for training-related roles. (e.g., department trainers, designers, facilitators, coordinators, administrative staff, etc.) in LMS and best practices for their sessions. - Consult with teams on most efficient use of LMS and how to creatively use the system for better outcomes aligned to adult learning theory in areas like badges, gamification, etc.
