I believe the key to building a better world is building better organizations - people-centred and impact-driven organizations. For over a decade, I've helped charities, nonprofits, higher education institutions, and businesses develop social impact initiatives, build community engagement strategies, establish employee support programs, and implement equity, diversity and inclusion policies. Through my work, I've designed workshops for thousands, mentored dozens of emerging leaders, and fundraised over 1 million dollars for charity.
