Streamlining the MRD processes for the hospital & implementing the system protocol for the better functioning of the hospital.  Managing and training departmental and non-departmental staffs for the better documentation processing.  Developed and implemented policies and procedures(SOP) for the department as per NABH guidelines. Clearance of NABH final audit in December 2015.  Manage and assist staffs in documenting, storing, and retrieving information, and for processing medicallegal documents, insurance data, and correspondence requests, in conformance with government, and local statutes.  Rechecking and updating the outdated forms and processes within the health setup.  Compilation and analyzes patient data, hospital performance indicators, quality of patient care,and utilization management with the management.  Supporting and providing inputs to better the HIS Modules for better patient services and health information.
