Worked with cross functional team to resolve MRP/ERP issues. Scheduled the flow of materials from suppliers to multiple sites. Scheduled production according to customer demand. Managed inventory and cycle counting activities for multiple sites.

I report directly to the Plant Manager. I design, test, operate, and maintain several custom-coded databases. I have put together interlocking spreadsheet suites that utilize VBA macros to generate complex operational metrics data with information gathered from the ERP system (QAD). I prepare and analyze metrics reports related to the operational efficiencies of both direct manufacturing and inventory issues. I designed several maintenance related systems such as: asset management tools and preventative maintenance scheduling. I've had a hand in many of the controlled documents contained within the company's document control system, instructional signage, and cross-functional documents.

I scheduled shifts, ordered, received, and managed inventory, did daily accounting responsibilities, ran prep and dinner shifts, customer service, used and maintained DiamondTouch POS software.

I did everything at the store from dishwashing to running a few shifts. I worked prep, delivery, customer service, and even helped with the training of fresh crews at two new franchise locations. I also learned the DiamondTouch POS system.
