I have experience for 25 years as Chief medical officer at 3 medical institutions at Saudia arabia: government hospital, private medical group and Khafji national hospital 100 bedded (multispecialty hospital), Saudi Arabia since May 1995, Quality improvement director since 2007.Organizational health surveyor since August 2007. I am experienced Ophthalmologist since 1988. I lead a team formed of medical director, quality improvement director, nursing director and administrator. The team is responsible for implementation of strategic plan of the hospital, provide customers with high quality cost effective, evidence based healthcare services. I am the legal medical representative of the hospital in front of local health authority. The chairperson of credentialing and privilege committee(interviewing ,hiring and evaluating medical staff) ,quality improvement and patient safety committee, medical record review committee, mortality and morbidity committee. Also member in all hospital committee. Managing patient complaints with help of patient affair department. I share in mock surveys in Dammam general hospital Babtin cardiac center Khafji national hospital and Khafji joint operation hospital JCI Accredited. I lead supply chain management and revenue cycle management with the help of finance team through an electronic information system (OASIS).
